### Custom swimming pools
Entry-level builds start with a **10' × 20' custom pool at around $55,000** before features. Final pricing depends on access, soil, features, materials, and overall scope.

### Pool + spa combinations
Integrated spa seating, raised walls, spillways, and coordinated tile/stone. Designed to feel like one piece, not a spa glued onto a pool.

### Tanning ledges & sun shelves
Shallow lounge areas for kids, dogs, and long afternoons. Umbrella sleeves optional.

### Water features
Scuppers, sheer descents, bubblers, grottos, and custom stone work sized to the yard.

### Lighting & nighttime design
Layered lighting so the pool looks as good at 9 PM as it does at noon.

### Outdoor living coordination
Hardscape, pergolas, fire features, and outdoor kitchens coordinated with the pool footprint.
